Ankle pain?
Ankle pain is usually caused by a sprain or fracture. The fracture is usually more painful. Ankle osteoarthritis is a more common problem than appreciated.

Difficulty walking or moving the ankle

Limitation in range of mobility
Foot pain
It is a pain or discomfort in any part of the foot whose causes can vary, and among the most common include plantar fasciosis (previously known as fasciitis).
Symptoms

Pain in the first moments when getting out of bed and taking the first steps, often described as stepping on glass

Limitation in the elongation of the legs, feet and/or back

The pain subsides with rest

Pain when walking or moving your foot

Edema and swelling
